Founded by two Brothers in 1978 – Mike and Neil – with Master’s in Electronic Engineering and Bachelor’s in Computer Science respectively, the Company has since re-invented itself to meet the evolving needs of its clients. Current clients include Dental and medical Practices, Van and Storage Lines, Accounting firms, legal firms and others whose main thrust is to obtain a totally customized solution complete with yearly continuous, transparent support all packaged in a very cost-effective manner.

Since our inception, we have for years (late seventies to mid-eighties) provided parts and services to NASA in Florida, several power plants worldwide in mission-critical real-time applications using mini-computers.

With the desktop revolution in the late eighties, we turned our attention to the needs of small businesses, first as a Box-maker, providing a turnkey Police Department information system then, driven by our Clients, to meet their needs for off-site MIS Department services without the costs usually associated with such a Department.
