Our unique approach to protecting valuable client data far exceeds RAID arrays implementation at a fraction of the cost and thrice the reliability. Our Clients experience systems/network availability exceeding 99.9%. Tightly-coupled servers are used such that, in the event of one element failure, systems are up and running in less than 5 minutes! No loss of data! No waiting for service! A 10-year old willing to follow directions can do it! We perform regular dry-runs.

Our Clients normally recognize or have identified the applications software that best suits their needs. We evaluate and recommend on the dependability of the product, viability of the Provider before assuming hosting and support responsibilities. Many small businesses have experienced committing to custom software that became subsequently “orphaned” or unsupportable. We address and resolve such nightmare scenarios upfront.

Systems design and daily support is performed by the two principals backed up by a local team of support technicians when (rarely) required. Preventive systems/network maintenance during off-hours makes on-site tech diagnostic visits very rare. Typically, the local tech schedules an on-site visit to replace a power supply or hard drive on a backup system while the Client is fully operational. No extensive diagnostic procedures or board swapping is done while you wait.

We have resisted having layers and layers of management resulting in high overhead. Our lean-and-mean approach allows us to provide the best, low-cost, totally bundled solution to Clients who view their IT and MIS needs as mere tools for their business productivity.
