Our Clients normally
recognize or have identified the applications software that best suits
their needs. We evaluate and recommend on the dependability of the
product, viability of the Provider before assuming hosting and support

daily support is performed by the two principals backed up by a local
team of support technicians when (rarely) required. Preventive

on-site visit to replace a power supply or hard drive on a backup system
while the Client is fully operational. No extensive diagnostic
procedures or board swapping is done while you wait.
